COVID-19 Service Updates

We want to ensure our customers and employees remain safe this holiday season. We are following the current Dane County mandates and guidelines pertaining to Covid-19. Please maintain social distancing from others outside of your family while gathering or standing in line. 

The following changes to our services have been made to ensure your safety:

Saws.  While we will put forth our best effort to sanitize the handles between each customer, there are things that you can do to help ensure your safety. 

• You can bring your own saw (coarse blade hand saw, gas or battery operated chainsaw, sawsall, etc.)
• Wear gloves
• Try to have only 1 person in your group handle the saw

Hot Apple Cider. We will have an outside serving station for apple cider where a CaPaul's employee will fill your cup.

Porta Potty. We will have hand sanitizer available in the Porta Potty. Maintain 6 feet of distance while waiting in line. 

Gift Shop. Our gift shop is filled with beautiful new Christmas items. The following  protocols are in place to protect shoppers:

• Masks are required 
• Please maintain a social distance of 6 feet
• Hand sanitizer is available 
• We will frequently sanitize the service counters
• Customers will swipe or insert their own credit card to avoid extra touchpoints

Payment Options. If you are purchasing a TREE ONLY,  we will accept cash and check payments outside.  We have included tax in the tree prices for this purpose.  We cannot accept credit card purchases outside at this time.
